We say ‘Good-Bye’ to another year. 2019 was not for the faint hearted, it had slow growth, high unemployment, high immigration, investment downgrades and another cricket world cup failure for SA.
The light at the end of the dark 2019 tunnel saw a new president fighting corruption and of who we can be proud of, the Springboks winning the Castle Lager Championship and more important taking the ultimate prize, becoming Rugby World Champions for the third time. It was not more than two years ago where the Springboks were rated 7th in the world, and then they rise again like a Phoenix from the ashes, bringing hope and joy to a nation. Showing the people of SA, for those who want to see it, just how great South Africa can become if we only start working together, focusing on building a better tomorrow for all citizens of the rainbow nation.
We are proudly South African and we believe that our contribution, as business people, plays a very important role to a sustainable economy and to uplift society. These roles that we fulfil do take its toll on our emotional and physical well-being and it is therefore vitally important to rest and spend time with family and friends.
We are therefore excited to announce that our office will close on 13 December 2019 (closes at 12H00) and reopen on the 09th of January 2020 (open at 07H30).
We want to thank you for your loyal support and are looking forward in continuing to add value to you, your family and your businesses during 2020.
Have a blessed Christmas and a safe festive season, be intentional with this time and you will experience the joy with the people you love the most.
Herewith some fun questions to ask family and friends when having a meal together:
– What’s your favourite holiday memory?
– If you could have dinner with anyone living or dead, who would it be?
– What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
– If you could spend one day doing a job, that you are currently not doing, what would you do?
– What’s one thing that you would love to do in your lifetime that no one knows?
