Meet some of our key members at LEAD, and get to know a bit about them before you begin your journey with us. These are the people who promise to LISTEN, EVALUATE, ADVISE and DEVELOP.

Frank Fourie
Senior Partner
Frank is passionate about people and their success. “I firmly believe in the saying that people do not care what you know until they know how much you care, and this is only achievable over time through intentional engagements”.
As the senior partner and founder of the firm, Frank interacts with clients to understand their personal and business circumstances to develop and implement business strategies that can add and preserve value.
He is a qualified Professional Accountant (SA), Certified Financial Planner® and General Tax Practitioner (SA)™. He has successfully completed the Financial Services Board’s regulatory exams for Key Individuals and Representatives and is the appointed Key Individual of the practice responsible for its legislative compliance.
Frank is married to Kirsty Lee, has 2 daughters, Madison Lee and Alexis Jade. He is a sport fanatic, enjoys regular visits to the gym, playing a round of golf, hunting, camping and spending quality time with family and friends.

Nontsikelelo Mangqasana
Partner
Ntsiki believes that each individual life is important and strives to make a positive difference in various spheres of their lives.
Ntsiki successfully completed her articles in 2010 and is a qualified Professional Accountant (SA) and Tax Practitioner. She has since been involved in management since 2011 and reached partner level in 2016.
Ntsiki has gained experience in staff management, client relations, business consulting, finance management, project management and tax planning.
She enjoys reading, watching movies, attending uplifting gatherings and spending quality time with her family.

Justyn Harrison
Partner
His commitment is to build strong relationships with his clients and take time to understand their unique financial needs and aspirations, crafting comprehensive strategies to secure their financial futures. His approach is characterized by transparency, integrity and a genuine desire to see his clients thrive.
Having started his career in 1996, he has been able to assist many clients in varying industries each with their own unique challenges.
He is a qualified Professional Accountant (SA) and Certified Financial Planner®. He has successfully completed the Financial Services Board’s regulatory exams for Key Individuals and Representatives.
Justyn is married to Allison and has two sons, Tyler and Eliah. He stays fit(ish) by running, gyming and golfing. He enjoys weekend camps and spending time braaiing with family and friends.

Kirsty Fourie
Assistant Accountant
As a mother Kirsty is passionate about family, and working at LEAD we focus on being a family with our Tribe Members and with our clients.
Kirsty studied B.Com at NNMU and has been working in the accounting/tax industry since 2000. As the wife to the founder of the firm, she has been supporting Frank since the start-up date and had been actively involved in the administration and accounting department of the firm.
She shares the love for the water with her two daughters, so spends many hours in the pool or sea either swimming, on a malibu board or paddling. She also enjoys the great outdoors and can be seen with Frank walking their dogs regularly, or running and cycling.

Lorenda Van Eeden
Professional Assistant
Lorenda believes that in serving others and contributing to their growth not only benefits that individual, but that personal growth is then inevitable.
She has successfully completed her RFP1 and RFP2 courses in Financial Planning and has been part of the company since 2004, fulfilling different roles in the firm. Lorenda’s main responsibility is to support the Senior Partner in his daily responsibilities and to oversee the administration functions of the firm.

Jacqueline Blandford
Professional Assistant
Jackie brings heaps of experience supporting executives within the financial planning industry since 2012.
She is passionate about building strong client relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment to deliver optimal results for clients. Jackie completed her RE5 examination and a higher certificate in wealth management and financial planning, demonstrating her commitment to ongoing professional development.
Jackie enjoys creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for friends and family. She is an avid griller, known for hosting memorable braais filled with laughter and good conversation. She also finds solace in escaping to the farm, where she cherishes spending time with loved ones amidst the tranquility of nature. Ultimately, Jackie is driven by making a positive impact on the lives of those around her.

Diane Spies
Professional Assistant
Diane joined the firm in April 2023 and has been working in the accounting and tax industry since 1991. She assists one of the Partners and is responsible for Statutory Secretarial Services, Trust and Office Administration.
She finds great pleasure in serving and helping people by sharing her experience, knowledge and the skills she has gained over the years.
Diane is married to Hayden and together they have a daughter named Ashleigh-Jade who is married to James.
She enjoys socialising with family and friends, gardening and spending as much of her free time outdoors with her two Yorkies.
As a person of faith Diane believes that everything happens for a reason and trusts God in every circumstance as the author of her story.

Anneke Hawken
Professional Assistant
Anneke believes in being humble and thankful for every day God gives her to be productive and to serve others. She is passionate about personal and career development, which led her to complete various courses (FAIS B1, FAIS B2, Office Administration, and Bookkeeping).
She joined LEAD in 2022, bringing experience in the insurance, investment and retail environment since 1994, supporting one of the partners, and overseeing all secretarial services of the Firm.
Anneke likes to make her own clothes, renovate unloved old furniture, go on hikes, and socialise with her friends and family.

Tenielle Davids
Accountant Manager
Tenielle believes in the concept of “Ubuntu”, and she strives to develop fruitful relationships and bonds with others.
Tenielle is a qualified Professional Accountant (SA) and has been part of our firm since 2018. After successfully completing her internship with the firm she has been appointed as a senior accountant and fulfilled the role of an account manager in the accounting and tax department.
Tenielle thoroughly enjoys spending time with her loved ones, her “Self-Care Sundays” and binge-watching a good Netflix series.

Taniel Arokium
Accountant
Taniel believes that true greatness is found not in power or status, but in serving others with humility and an open heart. This mindset shapes her approach to both her professional responsibilities and her relationships with clients and colleagues.
Taniel successfully completed her SAICA articles in 2019 and is a qualified Associate General Accountant, AGA(SA). She joined LEAD in April 2025 as an Assistant Accountant, bringing with her years of valuable experience in accounting and auditing.
Outside of work, Taniel enjoys spending quality time with her family, relaxing at the beach and unwinding with a good series.

Claire Lipskey
Assistant Accountant
Claire firmly believes that as long as you are still alive and breathing, you have the chance to attain your goals and dreams. Her favourite motto is “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”, as life is about lessons and growth.
Over the last 20 years, she has amassed experience in the accounting field from different industries, ranging from FMCG, national retail, imports/exports, accounting and financial advisory firms, before joining LEAD in 2024 as an assistant accountant in the accounting and tax department.
Claire also has a very creative side, ranging from simple crafts to photography, sketching and writing and unwinding for her would vary between reading, sketching or spending time outdoors.
